The earlier bedtime works much better. I know that sounds like what every kid says, but let me clarify. She doesn't cry at bedtime, she just won't sleep. Then, suddenly, a few weeks ago, he started fighting it. We have a normal routine where he takes a bath and we read a few books. I have an almost 4-year-old son that won’t go to bed at night. Any tips on how we can get him to go to bed on his own? We have a good bedtime routine in place that has always worked well for us.
