Of all of God's attributes, nothing compares to the splendor and beauty of His holiness. So as we lift our voices among the gathering of the faithful declaring Him holy, holy, holy, perhaps we pause to consider the weight that word holds. Statements like this are often used to imply that grace is a more important attribute or a more God-like attribute than judgment. God guards our way, He has our back, and He leads us step by step along the way. And I cannot recall ever seeing joy on one of these lists.
