User Info: Mickeyminime. Lets say days later i go back. Meh, whatever, 50 coin is nothing and well worth it to kill an Imperial dog. So, ive got a huge bounty at the Reach area. I've tried restarting the game, resting for days elsewhere, and just wanton slaughter of every single guard that gets caught in a loop. I have tried so far- Setcrimegold 0 0 paycrimegold 0 0 (There may have been others but I'm not certain.) I got nicked once before for some quest, escaped with everyone. There are a few ways you can remove the bounty over your head. This only applies to bounties less than 3,000 gold. How I got a bounty on my head by killing a courier in the middle of the woods on a mountainside with nobody in sight besides me and Lydia is beyond comprehension but this is TES, I've learned to accept silliness like that.
I've searched online, but I haven't found any that work for me there. Likewise, bounty quests involving Forsworn are only available in the Reach. The terrain is very mountainous, containing the Druadach Mountains. I did that quest that you have to find out about the murder you see when you enter the city and escape after killing the few guards that tried to arrest me since they wouldnt allow me to pay off my bounty. Now I have to go back to the city to black mail the Jar to finish the Liberate Skyrim mission and I can't finish it cause they wont allow me to pay the bounty.

One time i needed to kill this woman in Markarth but i got caught by the guards after i killed her, so after i, J'zargo, and Odhaviin (the dragon you capture in Whiterun) killed half of the guards there i got a bounty on my head for about 10000 gold.
